205. Outside Professional and Commercial Interests of Faculty/Conflict of Interest
The Outside Professional and Commercial Interests of Faculty/Conflict of Interest policy, originally approved by the Council of the University Senate on March 12, 1996, was amended and approved on July 27, 2007. See link below to view the PDF version of the policy.
The "Conflict of Interest Assurance and Compliance Form” (COIForm1), Guideline 205A, and the " Disclosure of Information Form” (COIForm2) Guideline 205B were modified to reflect the amended policy and the University of Chicago Medical Center COI reporting obligations, if applicable - October, 2008. The COIForm1 is now accessible as an online submission that requires CNetID for access.
The "Non-Academic Staff Conflict of Interest" policy was replaced with a new version, Personnel Policy, Section U600, “Conflict of Interest Policy” Guideline 206. - May, 2004
