205. Outside Professional and Commercial Interests of Faculty/Conflict of Interest
The Outside Professional and Commercial Interests of Faculty/Conflict of Interest policy was approved by the Council of the University Senate on March 12, 1996. It replaces four previous guidelines: "Outside Professional and Commercial Interests of Faculty" (formerly Guideline 205); "Conflict of Interest" (formerly Guideline 206); "Faculty Conflict of Interest" (formerly Guideline 206A); and "Conflict of Interest Supplemental Guidelines" (formerly Guideline 206B). The "Conflict of Interest Compliance Form (COIForm1)" is now renumbered Guideline 205A; the "Conflict of Interest Disclosure of Information Form (COIForm2)" is now renumbered Guideline 205B. "Non-Academic Staff Conflict of Interest" becomes Guideline 206. - March 1996
