Subscribing to E-mail Lists
The target audience for these lists is University of Chicago researchers and administrators managing research proposals and grants. These lists are not a discussion forum. In spite of what the automated software claims, responses will not be posted to the list. Any questions or comments regarding the lists should be sent to Katie Pizer at katiep@ura.uchicago.edu.
Announce - University Research Administration's general announcements list is used to disseminate information of general interest to the campus sponsored programs community, for example, URA staff changes, early closings, etc..
Grantsadmin - University Research Administration's grants administrators’ announcements list is used to disseminate information regarding funding opportunities and policies.
NIH - The NIH-ura mailing list receives announcements from URA regarding research and training, funding opportunities and policies from the NIH.
NSF - The NSF mailing list receives announcements from URA regarding funding opportunities and policies from the NSF.
OLAW - This mailing list carries announcements from the OPPR's Office of Lab. Animal Welfare.
